Past Projects
MAJOR MACKENZIE EXTENSION
This project involves the complete reconstruction of Major Mackenzie Road, from Pinevalley to Islingston. We delivered a full start-to-finish transformation of the existing infrastructure. Scope includes comprehensive excavation, removal of existing road materials, grading, and rebuilding of the roadway to modern standards.
Project included subgrade preparation, installation of new base layers, asphalt paving, and integration of updated drainage systems and utilities were required. The project also included curbs, sidewalks, and road markings to ensure safety, durability, and improved traffic flow.
Winston Churchill BLVD
This project consisted of the full reconstruction of the Winston Churchill Highway ramp, delivering a complete overhaul of the roadway from base to surface. Scope included removal of existing materials, full-depth excavation, and rebuilding of the ramp structure to meet current traffic demands and safety standards.
Work involved subgrade preparation, installation of new granular base layers, asphalt paving, and necessary drainage improvements to ensure long-term durability and performance. The rebuild also incorporated proper grading and finishing to optimize traffic flow and ramp functionality.
Residential Homes
This project involved the restoration of a residential subdivision in Oakville, focused on renewing roadway surfaces and improving overall infrastructure performance. Scope included asphalt rehabilitation, localized removals, and resurfacing to restore smooth, durable driving conditions throughout the subdivision.
Work also included manhole adjustments to ensure proper alignment with new asphalt elevations, enhancing both safety and drainage efficiency. Additional scope covered surface preparation, leveling, and final compaction to deliver a consistent, high-quality finish.
The project was completed with minimal disruption to residents, resulting in upgraded road conditions, improved functionality, and extended lifespan of the subdivision’s infrastructure.
Commercial Parking Lot
This project involved the full reconstruction of a commercial parking lot in the Port Union area of Scarborough. Scope included complete excavation of the existing surface, removal of deteriorated materials, and rebuilding the lot from the ground up.
Work consisted of subgrade preparation, installation of new granular base layers, and asphalt paving to create a durable, high-performance surface suitable for commercial traffic. Asphalt works also included proper grading to ensure effective drainage and long-term resilience.
From initial excavation through to final paving, the project delivered a clean, level, and structurally sound parking area designed to handle daily use while improving overall functionality and appearance.
